The challenge:
One of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies needed to stand up two new production facilities rapidly, while also realizing a next-generation vision of automation-driven, paperless factories with complete data availability for analytics and process improvements.
Stellix’s role:
The client engaged as a proven partner to co-design the digital manufacturing architecture—harmonizing MES/EBR, automation, and data flows across both sites so that paper processes could be replaced with fully-digital execution and analytics-ready data from the go-live date.
The outcome:
The two plants were brought online as paperless, highly-automated factories that delivered on the client’s vision: operations run on digital batch records and integrated systems, with data available for sustainability tracking, analytics, and continuous process improvement across the network.
